We represent approximately 140 privately owned vacation homes, comfortable summer cottages and traditional camps in a variety of fresh and saltwater locations throughout the Pemaquid and Damariscotta Region. We also list several in-town homes that are available for rental all year, as well as some homes that can be leased for longer periods—such as for a winter tenancy or as an unfurnished year long rental.
Our lake properties are scattered along the shores of Damariscotta Lake, Biscay Pond, Pemaquid Lake, McCurdy Pond, and Boyd’s Pond. Our saltwater properties extend from Westport Island to Friendship, and include the Damariscotta River Region, South Bristol, Rutherford Island/Christmas Cove, Pemaquid Harbor, Pemaquid Point, and the villages of New Harbor, Round Pond, Bremen, and Waldoboro.
