The second-floor home has one bedroom, one bath home and makes you feel like you are living amongst the tree tops. Enjoy an evening sitting out on the deck watching the blue heron on the water and the eagles soar in the air while admiring a beautiful sunset over Damariscotta River. This property does share a dock with the adjacent cabin on property, but it is large enough for everyone to share. Easy water access makes using the two kayaks and canoe a great bonus. About a mile and a half from charming Damariscotta, with its shops, theater, bookstore, Miles Memorial Hospital, historic sites, galleries, shopping, restaurants, local musicians, and river tours. You will find the Carriage House is a quiet comfortable space to relax and enjoy our beautiful part of Coastal Maine.
