Description
The Boathouse cottage sits right on the shore of Hockomock Channel, looking out over the Medomak River and Muscongus Bay. It offers sweeping water views from inside and out. The cottage has a wraparound deck with four Adirondak chairs and a propane grill for enjoying outdoor living and the natural beauty of this property. Sliding doors allow easy access from the living area to the deck. The authentic coastal cabin interior is comfortably appointed with an open floor plan. There is one main level bedroom and a second level loft, with a total of three double beds. Enjoy the satellite TV and wood stove, or head outside and swim or launch kayaks right from the front of the property. The large, surrounding yard and shoreline offers plenty of space to explore. This peaceful setting is close to the many attractions on the Pemaquid Peninsula, and is only minutes from neighboring towns Damariscotta, Round Pond, and Waldoboro.

Property
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Bremen. The cottage sits right on the water, which allows for swimming and exploring. Our children ages 3 and 4 had a blast looking for crabs and collecting shells/sea glass. The yard on the side of the cottage was great for playing catch and wiffle ball. The large deck was the perfect way to relax in the evening. Pemaquid Beach and the Pemaquid Light House were both less than 30 minutes from the cottage and made for great day trips. Boothbay Harbor was also an easy drive. There are several places to eat in the area along with a market and larger grocery store. We loved our stay at the cottage and the owner was an excellent host. It has everything you need and is a comfortable place to stay with a family. We hope to stay again next summer.
