This is a great property that is well maintained and organized, with everything you need to enjoy your Pemaquid vacation. We loved the back yard and that they had beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella available to use. They also had games and puzzles available for use which was a lot of fun. A very well stocked kitchen with all the dishes you would need, and even a picnic basket and plastic cups to bring to the beach or BYOB restaurants! The lower-level master suite is wonderful and newly renovated. The location close to the beach and Reily's is very convenient. We did have a water issue that unfortunately interrupted our stay but they were quick to address it which was greatly appreciated. The listing description also said it has a screened in porch, which it does not. Perhaps it was screened in at one point. It would be nicer with a screened in porch but it is still a great property.

We really enjoyed our time here. The setting and location are perfect. We had a small issue when we arrived, and the property management company responded promptly on a Saturday evening, for which we are thankful. Very clean and cozy and great for a family or two smaller families. Definitely 5 stars!

What a great house- just as pictured clean, fully stocked with anything you could need, and close to Round Pond for a nice walk to the coffee shop, ice cream window, penny candy store, the pier to see the boats, or several restaurants! It was the perfect quiet place to return back to after our family fun jam packed days. We even hosted dinner for my in-laws one night after picking up fresh fish in Damariscotta. Felt right at home with all of the kitchen supplies we needed to make an amazing baked haddock meal! The artwork around the house is incredible and due to my sleuthing I learned the homeowner is the artist absolutely beautiful paintings throughout the house that added to its dcor charm!

We loved the house. It was stocked with anything we needed and was very clean. The location was amazing. There was an unexpected problem with the water heater and it was fixed immediately. Very impressed.

Beautiful views every morning. Quiet peaceful spot down on the water. Close enough to town but still extremely secluded. Cozy cabin feel.

Property #43 was perfect, fantastic stay!

The Reversing Falls fit our needs for a vacation rental to a tee. From this location we were able reach many points of interest, then returned to a place of privacy and comfort.

We loved our time at Seacrest! What an absolute gem! We didn't want to come home.

We had a lovely week at this house, and were very glad that we were within walking distance to Round Pond. House was well-equipped for our needs. Kids had fun making friends with the chipmunks in the yard.

Peaceful spot next to the ocean Although the apartment was atop a garage, it was actually a lovely well-appointed accommodation with a large open plan living and dining space adjoining a small kitchen. The bathroom shower is roomy and features grab bars and a seat which I appreciated. The proximity to the open ocean is the main attraction of this property and the hosts feature great views through a large picture windows and a lovely deck overlooking the ocean and the rocks.The property is located in a quiet wooded community next to the ocean a few miles north of Pemaquid Point. The area is a thriving community with an ice cream stand and local general store and a few artists studios, but it is not a touristy place with too much traffic. Damariscotta is about 20 minutes away for all the big city wants like the excellent Rising Tide Co-op grocery, a bookstore, an old fashioned department store, and several great restaurants. This little jewel of a place is the perfect home base to explore the midcoast area.

I had a great time in Maine. The property is centrally located with easy access to trails, ocean, lakes, etc. I enjoyed my time there.

We had such a great trip! The house had a great open-air concept with views of the lake. The property was super private yet close to shopping, restaurants, etc. What a gem! We hope to return and enjoy the home and all it has to offer in the summer months.

We had a wonderful, cozy time at this cabin. Its close to amenities but feels private. The lake was so quiet and hardly anyone seemed to be around when we were there off season. We love to cook, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Our dogs loved taking walks on the dirt road and playing in the water. We love rustic cabins and this for the bill- definitely had a Maine feeling, simple yet quaint decor, plenty of books, all in all a great place!

This was our second stay at the cottage, a beautifully designed house in one of the most glorious locations I have ever seen. We have stayed in many wonderful spots in Mainethis was the best. We hope to be able to come back.

Stayed with family and enjoyed the lake and fishing in it.

This was a great rental in walking distance to the beach and Reily's store. It was comfortable with decent linens. One bed did not have the sheets on it but the clean sheets were readily available. Thought it was a little pricey, but we loved the location and size. My sister lives nearby so we were already familiar with the area. Great place for larger family.

Location was serene and peaceful, while only a few minutes from town and amenities. Cabin was clean and well-appointed. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

This was our second stay at this property. The location simply cannot be beat. And the property is well maintained and convenient to New Harbor and surrounding areas. Very enjoyable!

As mentioned above, dealing with the unexpected hurricane in such an expeditious manner.

We had, in retrospect, a laughable experience. There is a smoke detector immediately outside the first floor bathroom door. Twice during our stay, when one opened the bathroom door too soon after taking a wonderful steaming hot shower, the steam from the shower activated the smoke detector. Standing there, clothed in nothing but a towel, hearing the screeching alarm with a voice coming over instructing you to,"Evacuate immediately" can be an unnerving experience.

The view is great and a good location for seeing the area. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable.
