Description
This three bedroom, three bath year round home is located just off beautiful Pemaquid Trail in New Harbor. Its a short drive or leisurely stroll to Pemaquid Beach and public town landings for water access. Close to all the amenities and activities that this classic summer communitay has to offer. Take a Hardy Boat cruise to Monhegan and finish your day with dinner at Shaws Wharf, spend a day a the beach, or just enjoy the water views from the second floor patio at the house. This is a newer home with two queen bedrooms, a full bath with tub, and a laundry room on the first floor. Upstairs you will find the living/kitchen/dining area as well and a master bedroom with en suite full bath and an extra bathroom. For larger parties who wish to have two separate houses, consider renting here along with properties 92 or 93, also located on Pemaquid Trail.
